Thank you for choosing Happy Leaf LED Grow Lights. We’re committed to delivering your order accurately, quickly, and with care. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS.

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Thursday, are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of receipt.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email includes your tracking number, carrier name, order contents, and estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping by request only. Please email us at hello@happyleafled.com to receive a custom shipping quote.

  • Duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not included in the final order amount at checkout.

  • We are not liable for any customs-related delays or charges once the package leaves our facility.

Order & Delivery Notes

  • All orders are charged at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping and processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather disruptions) may occasionally cause delays.
