Thank you for choosing Happy Leaf LED Grow Lights. We’re committed to delivering your order accurately, quickly, and with care. Below are the details of our shipping process:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Thursday, are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of receipt.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email includes your tracking number, carrier name, order contents, and estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We offer international shipping by request only. Please email us at hello@happyleafled.com to receive a custom shipping quote.
- Duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not included in the final order amount at checkout.
- We are not liable for any customs-related delays or charges once the package leaves our facility.
ORDER & DELIVERY NOTES
- All orders are charged at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
- While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather disruptions) may occasionally cause delays.

Happy Leaf, LLC – Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Happy Leaf, LLC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with all original packaging, components, and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@happyleafled.com or 815-414-2209 if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Happy Leaf, LLC offers a 5-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase on the following USA-made LED grow lights:
- Procyon 2.0 – 17" and 33" models
- Procyon Pro LED grow lights
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser. To remain eligible for warranty coverage, the unit must:
- Be operated within a temperature range of 33°F to 90°F
- Remain unmodified from its original condition
The warranty does not cover failures caused by external factors, including but not limited to:
- Acts of nature
- Physical damage
- Environmental conditions
- Vandalism, fire, or power failure
- Power surges or voltage fluctuations
- Use of power supplies not provided by Happy Leaf, LLC
- Animal or insect activity
- Other causes beyond the control of Happy Leaf, LLC
Labor costs for installation, re-installation, or other indirect expenses are not covered.
If a product is deemed defective and covered under warranty, Happy Leaf, LLC will cover freight costs for the affected product(s).
Please note that power supplies are not manufactured by Happy Leaf, LLC. If a power supply fails within the 5-year warranty period, Happy Leaf, LLC will provide a replacement. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement power supply.

Please allow 3–5 business days for initial review of your warranty claim.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item. Contact hello@happyleafled.com for exchange confirmation or questions.
REFUND
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
